question?

Did any one try to enquire CSC about why some cases are being picked up in pilot and some are not?
Please post the answer if you know officially. I hope the early filers in April, May, June should know this answer.

Linux - Either could be true.
Well, I took the info from the people who posted their pilot approvals. Had to do little work to keep everything in one place.

My spouse who is a primary applicant has his name check pending since july 28th, 2004. My name check got cleared on the day uscis forwarded to fbi.
Don't know when spouse's name check is going to get cleared.
Based on this data I am assuming our cases did not fall in pilot.

You might be able to clear this doubt. Is there a difference in the messages between your and your spouse's messages? Does only one say "results of fingerprint received"?

Name check and finger prints are entirely different.

The namecheck status which I got was through the enquiry with fbi.
About finger prints, both of our online messages are similar i.e.; Finger print results received and case has resumed for further processing.

And how do we get to know the status of the name check ?
Can you please give the numbers to call for the status of FBI name check.

So you mean if the message says "FP results received and processing resumed.." then it does not mean your name check has cleared. I have the same message and I thought name check etc are cleared. Is there any online message status when your name check is pending. How do i find from FBI if my name check has been cleared/pending.

thank god i finally know that someone else are in the same situation! yes, i have the very same question: does CSC randomly pick people into the pilot? i tried very hard to figure it out and without any luck so far...apparently, only people in INS know exactly how it works. even my lawyer has no clue....

I had my FP done on the 12th of October. No change in status on the website.

RD July 30th
ND Aug 3rd

Concurrent Filing
EB2
 
Disadvantage of concurrent filing

Even I 140 processing dates cross our NDs in the future, our namechecks should get cleared to adjucate both 140 and 485 at the same time and then we can see our approvals.

Unless our name checks get clear we will be stuck at I 140s forever. If someone does something for fast namechecks clearance, then only we can see our approvals.

This is awesome to have all this approval info in one place. Thanks Ananya!! I think everything has slowed down including EAD and AP.. May be due to the elections.. :(

Hi,
Mine is EB2 and I assume it should have to pilot. We sent it to CSC by courier in the post on 28th Sept and have not any communication from them as of yet. Any idea why they have not even mailed receipt? Does it take that long or is it because of huge no of H1B filed.
 
I heard from my lawyer that the pilot program concluded end of september, so you may have a chance if you are lucky
 
Did your lawyer tell you what that implies ?? I mean does it mean that all those who applied before september get into the pilot program or after september all pending applications (irrespective of whether they were filed before/after end of september) will be put in the regular (non-pilot) queue ??
