Hello Friends,

I am planning to send the following documents for AC21.
- Cover letter from me
- Offer letter from new company
- Emp. verification letter from new company
- AC21 Revelavent Document ( 2 page word doc I got from this forum)
- 2 Paystubs from new employer
- 485 receipt
- 140 receipt
- Copy of my EAD

Did I get everything here ?

My lawyer told me not to send offer letter, they don't care about it, they don't look at it. Main is your letter from employer.
 
Emp Verification letter format

Can you please post the two docs below that you prepared?:

- Offer letter from new company
- Emp. verification letter from new company

Of course you will take out the personal and other sensitive stuff from it...

This is indeed good stuff

But are we sure that AC21 is applicable when job classification is similar BUT geographic location of new job is different from approved labor certification ??
