WAC 02-032 approval ?

Folks,

Am so worried. mine is 02-032-57xxx and it says processing resumed on 01/12/02

Am so worried.

My project is getting over by end of this month and my co. policy nowadays is fire the day we come to bench.

Hey Jayk...no change as of today :(

but you know what , your FP was received by the INS on 5th april even thoug you did it on march 20th. In my case the FP was received on april 29th ! after doing it on 3/19, so I think I am still lagging as per the FP date receipt. Willing to wait out this month, anyway my lawyer has promised an enquiry at the end of Aug, so some faxes will be sent and I hope that results in the approval !
In the mean time..waiting and watching.

don't worry, there are multiple cases in the last couple days which has the message changes directly from 999 day to approval, maybe you are the next one.

after seeing so many people around my WAC(02-043) got approval makes me feel bit anxious too, but I believe the time will come....

still feel it is kinda unfair for people like PCee.

I really wish INS do it in a FIFO basis, but anyway even if it gets delayed a bit I hope all get their approvals. Trouble is, a lot of folks are barely hanging on to their jobs and even a slight delay can push them into joblessness with no GC and a chance of RFE..that is real trouble.

No more progress as yet. Just got to wait it out. I agree with you that if this comes through it would be of some peace of mind with the job market the way it is.

Although the AVM says FP received April 5th, I do remember that it was abt 6 weeks before the IIO said the background check is back. So maybe they are different things.

Lets hope we hear some good news this or next week.
 
Anybody hearing 160-180 days?

WAC # 02-045-xxxxxx

For spouse and me it is processing resumed from Feb 02. It is still the same.

Till two days back, the kid's AVM was 975-999 days and today I am surprised to hear 160-180 days? Any body has similar experience.

Adults are "resumed ...", and the kid changed to "between
160 - 180 days".

playing a critical role here. Even though I did FP on 3/19, the IIO kept telling me that my FPs were receive on 4/29, that is why I beileve my AVM message is not changing...still 975 to 999 as of 8/16.
 
8/15 avm message changed to 160-180 days. Talked to IIO yesterday and she showed some attitude! I just want to know what friggin order they are processing the case. No luck.
 
AVM Rolled back again to 975-999

Today checked the status of the kid and is changed from 160-180 days to 975-999 days :mad:
For spouse and me no change - processing resumed...
No idea what INS is doing? :confused:

I am tired of listening to the same tone.. 975 - 999 days..

I am Wac-45. San Jose March 2nd week fingerprinting. Did it early.

Letter from INS-IIO after passport stamped

Hi friends
We got stamped on Aug'26th but my spouse got a letter from INS stating that he need's to come with his passport.Nothing else in the letter
What are the possible reasons
please suggest

AVM updated this week, as FP received on 04/03.

The case details
WAC-02-041-5XXXX (Ind-CA-EB3)

FP done on 03/29(as per schedule) - Oakland

So far the AVM message was "975 to 999 blah blah......"
 
975-999 days msg for me too

Hi guys

My receipt date is sept01 too . FP done in march 2002.

Still hearing 975 days msg..

I see people applying 2-3 months later than me getting applicaton approved..

Looks like there is no pattern..
Now the processing time it shows is 090101

Please advice if we can be hopeful of getting case assigned... I dont know whats happening..

Any body on the same boat?
