Just spoke to an IIO about my redo-140/I-485. She said - because it\'s a company name change case, it will remain on hold until guidelines are issued by HQ. When I asked her about the status on my redo-140, she said I will have to go thru my lawyer to find that out and she CAN NOT link I-140 and I-485.

Have you spoken to IGTE\'s Legal Department on this issue. I read somewhere on this forum that IGTE\'s Legal Department has specifically instructed employees to call up VSC and get these two linked. If that is the case, then they should be told that the process is not working. They will probably have to get their lawyers to do this for you then...
