You should read at least the first 50 pages, and also all posts by Publicus and Paz1960. They are the two most knowledgeable people in that thread. I myself spent a whole Sat. night to read through the whole thing, and I would say it is time well spent. Also try to register an account in pacer, http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/ This is the place to search for related cases filed in your district court. The registration is free, and you will be charged only 8 cents per page, so it is a good deal. The key is to get yourself started. It is not that difficult! I am not a legal pro and I think most other people doing WOM are no pro either, so just go ahead and do it! Good luck.
