I received a NOF on my case from Boston DOL.
My company had a lay-off in past and they are going to have in
Future. My PD is October 2nd 2001.
DOL needs the info of all the laif off workers and documentation that the job was offered to them ....

I don't know how to proceed on this .. but I think life is getting tougher...

Please advice..Only the Budwiser might keep me cool in the evening.

Ask your company to reply on NOF fast - it should not be much of problem.

Anyway I will suggest 'THURRA' (instead of Budwieser) for the time being to keep yourself cool and not feel homesick.

Mr Jharkhandi,

My attorney has given up hope of filling satisfactory reply
to DOL due to layoff's in the company and is pressing to
file fresh case under non-RIR. Do you have any idea as to
what kind of reply may satisfy DOL people ?

Thanks,

Hi D2D,

Sorry to disappoint you - I am not a lawyer - so may not be able to guide you in this matter.

However - if Labor Certification is rejected - you may have to wait for 6 months before filing another one. Best thing to do would be to ask Lawyer to respond to INS properly and try his/her level best to get it cleared.
