Life after got Green Card

I am sure you will be able to go,I cant say that for 100%,think we will have to do more research on it. I think the main way to get through into the us, is to prove you are not intending to stay there. So letter from college,letter from work and so on. At least have them handy in case they start to question you at immigration. This possible problem only dawned on me after I had sent my forms back. I hope my company dont ask me to travel to us, I would have explain about gc applicating and they may think I want to leave! And then I may not even get one! I have read visa waiver info on dept state site,and as far as I can see we still should get one, we just may have to prove the intent of a short US visit.

*nods* I did a fair bit of reading up and have found no grounds for refusal of entry under the VWP. They never ask me anything at immigration anyway so I don't know where they would get to even ask about the lottery etc. There is nothing on the forms that mention anything about immigration. I have only ever been asked how long I am staying for. A return ticket etc is the usual requirement. I will get a letter from my work etc just in case but I really think there is no issue :)
