my n-400 denied because I didn't Tell the officer that I had kids I lied about not getting any kids at my green card interview on December 4, 2017 and they found out that I had kids at the n-400 interview in January 6 2024 what do I do appeal there denial or wait and reapply again??

On what basis do you propose to appeal? You should feel lucky they haven’t taken your green card away for lying at your green card interview. To be honest if I were you I would just let it go and stay a LPR rather than risk bringing this back to someone’s attention by applying N400 again. At the very least talk to a lawyer first if you decide to reapply (not sure why you think there would be a different outcome).

What was your explanation for not including your children in your GC application and how did you obtain your GC?

Misunderstood what the officer asked you?? you would have fiiled in a form that asked you about children (either Ds230 or DS260 depending when you got your green card). That means you lied under oath to USCIS.

what makes you think anything would change if you applied again? You lied, you can’t change the past.

What’s your best suggestion for me ?

You not only lied on your DS260, even your spouse lied on the I-130 they submitted to petition you, considering the form requires the beneficiary’s children to also be listed. Unless you lied to your spouse too and they also didn’t know about the existence of your children when they filed the I-130 to petition you. So this is not a case of misunderstanding the question.
