Level II inquiry e-mail

I know this is a redundant question, but I can't find the correct CSC e-mail address for level II inquiries to division XII - I tried csc.XII.485@usdoj.gov, but the e-mail was returned, recipient non existant.

Could anyone enlighten me, please? I see in this forum that CSC has actually responded to someone's inquiry, but I never saw any response. Should I have sent an e-mail?

ruxrux,

Send a level II fax as compared to email. I think that is much more efficient. If the first one doesn't garner a response send level III

Its the same form. You just send it again to another fax (don't forget to write down the date the fax first time sent in the appropriate place).

Level four response cannot be faxed in, it has to be handed in person, and there is a protocol for this:
1. You take a brown envelope and put your 485 receipt and a few green bills in it.
2. Walk in a suspicious manner, and look over your shoulder regularly.
3. Pass the envelope to the IIO, UNDER the table (the under is most important)
4. Go home and relax.

You can rest assured that you will receive your approval.

i think they want to hear directly from Washingtons and Benjamins...no wonder the cases are on hold.... :D :D :D
