Letter to VSC? How long for a response?

Hi, I am not sure how many of you have ever wrote a letter to the Vermont Center asking to Expedite a case (if case has been passed the processing dates) or if you inquired through the phone and they said they will write to you....

Does anyone know how long it usually takes the VSC to respond back to us? I wrote 2 letters to VSC one for 140 and one for 485 to expedite the case, they received the letter on Feb 22nd and I inquired over the phone on Feb 14th and they stated they would write to me regarding the status of the case. I am sure SOMEONE has did one of these, and I was just wondering how long should i wait before I get a response? Thanks in Advance.

Give them two weeks of time atleast from the date they received it. If you have given a fax number in the expedite request then, you will hear in atleast less than 10 days.
 
They respond within a week or two. But the response is kinda useless. All they will say is that they are reviewing our case and will get back to us in 30 to 60 days. Nothing great.
