So i was thinking today, for those of us who file a self-petition, even though we dont requiere a job offer we do need to show intent to work in area of extraordinary ability.
I called my lawyer today and she said is true, that even if the petition is self-peition they do requiere info about employment. In my case in the performing arts because I have an agent she just included an
Itinerary similar to the one we provide for the I-129 O-1 Petition.
She also said that this topic of "Letter of employment" has cause alot legal opinions and memos.
When we first filed she made do a statment sayin my plans and future projects in my field.
What do you guys think?
