Hi
Has any one received a letter from SESA prior to SESA sending their file to DOL ? The kind of letter that is questioning about the condition of employment and trying to verify if the condition is restrictive to the job market or not. ...If any one has received this kind of letter from SESA prior to their file being sent to DOL, please let me know and tell me what is their status now after the file was transfered to DOL? Also I'd like to know if DOL has approved or remanded such cases.
