Letter for visa interview for 2007 successfull dv lottery applicant from Nigeria

I am one of the successful applicant selected from Nigeria under 2007 dv lottery,but up till now I am still waiting to receive a letter for visa interview.
Does it means they have not received my visa application and when is the last day for this letter?

Go to visa bulletin n check if your number is current my number is also in d 10thousand category n i have bin notified if not go to d embassy 4rm 11am mon - thursday n join inquiry line.Urgent nid is needed.but i think ur number mite b current in may but take no chances go with ur notification letter all d best

pls remove your full number for security purpose and check the visa bulleting you should be current by may, you may also send a mail to the embassy
