Substitute labor PD: Jan, 2000 (EB3)
I-485/I-140 EAD and AP application send on =8 June, 2007
All application moved to Texas center
Receipt date: 29 June
FP notice date: 26 July
EAD AD=Aug 21, 2007
AP AD=Sept 10, 2007

I am also with same situation but as per October Bulletin my Priority date is 15 months beyond the current date.I think in your case your 485 is current,probably u'll get once 140 clears.If EB3 applications are less then only my applicatioon will be processed in 2008 otherwise i need to wait upto 2009.

Please share your experience.......
