PD 12/98
ND RD 9/99
FP 8/00
RFE : Jan 19th 01 for employment letter and paystubs
RFE responded with I140 ammendment application on 02/13 for name change and paystubs along with it.
no trace of RFE response but a I 140 receipt notice was issued .(called almost every other day- VSC)
spoke to IIO and she said that she is bringing it to the attention of her supervisor to relate the I485 to the I140 ammendment request.(3/12 as per IIO )
3/14 - still waiting sickened by this unwarranted agony and name change BS.

No, I have been with my company all through out.No company name change. The RFE was for employment letter stating my hire date,salary and duties.

Voice prompt still not changed. Same "A letter required additional info was sent ...." Is there anybody has similar situation?
Just call the INS, and spoke with a IIO. She told me they received the REF response and it may take up to 60 days to hear a result from INS.
