Guys,

For me, ETA process started in End of May 2003. Mine was non-RIR.

My employer filed for SESA somewhere in June 1st week.

Case went to Phily DOL by mid to end of september.

Labor approved in second week of October 2003.

It was amazingly done in 4 months.

Good Luck !

What do you do with DOT Code?

Hi jaocanada,

I am sorry but what do you do with Dot code?
Is it useful for any kind of tracking?
What is its significance?

Thanks,

Firstly, hearty congrats on your Labor Cert!
Raises my hopes too..
To get your DOT code, just dial 215-861-5286 and put in your case # which might be something like 0339XXXX..
he audio recording wil tell you your DOt code.

To know more about DOT code, refer to http://www.oalj.dol.gov/public/dot/refrnc/dot01b.htm

So let us know your DOT code

Hi Jaocanada,

Yes, my company is processing my labor thru Pittsburgh.

My priority date is 10/21/2003

Mine is EB3-NON RIR.

Can we check the status while at state SESA

Hi,

My company gave me a six digit number
Something like 36xxxx.
My application was submitted recently.
Can we check any kind of status anywhere with this number?

Thanks,

nviren

I applied on July 14, 2003. So far I did not receive any letter from Pittsburgh. Any idea how long it takes to receive a case #?

According to my lawyer my application moved to Philly in November.

No update to processing times yet

What's the matter with DOL?
They have not updated the processing dates for
lobor cert, regional as well as state for this month.

Any news anybody?

Hi guys,

Haven't seen any postings from anybody for long time.
Please post your info, statuses and other relevant info. In the scenerio of information near-blackout on many aspects of immigration process, these forums are the only guides.

Thanks.

My info:
Pitts SESA date : 10/21/2003
Cat : EB3-Non RIR

LC Approved

Pittsburgh SESA Dt: 01-Oct-2003
Moved from SESA to Philly Federal: 21-Nov-2003
DOT Code: 030.062-010
LC Approved: 29-Jan-2004

See you guys at I-140/I-485 forums.

Good luck to all the other guys! God Bless America !

Try RS Khanna/JIM MIlls, perhaps they know employees' pains.
