Lets track Ohio FP

I got my FP done today!!!

I think Ohio is the slowest of all in regards to FP. My details are:

RD - 06/20/01
ND - 08/13/01
FP - 12/31/01
ASC - Cleveland.

Can you tell me what documents you need to take for FP. Does the message change when you got your FP in AVM for 485?

You are right. Ohio seems to be the slowest!

OHIO AND NSC CENTER IS VERY SLOW COMPARED TO VSC, CSC.
THE GC PROCESSING WILL BE A GREAT STORY TO TELL OUR CHILDREN AND GRAND CHILDREN.
 
FP NOTICE!!

First when you go there, you have to fill a yellow Sheet with all the information, like height, weight, color of hair, eyes, place of birth, citizenship etc....

Along with that, you submit your FP notice and ID (Passport and Drivers License).

The personnel will verify your information and change things accordingly. With this I mean like color of eyes (I wrote black) she changes it to brown.

Then they will ask you to verify info and take your FP.
