RFE for spouse - Documents to prove that we are still married
RFE replied by July 10th, USCIS recvd on July 20th

LUD July 23rd

FP2 - No word yet ??????

Currently on 2nd EAD, Applied for 3rd.

RFE for EVL : Responded on May 25th
Response Received : Jun 8th
FP2: Jul 30 2004
EAD 3 : Applied with ND: Jul 8 2004

Message change

Hi All ,

I had my 2nd FP done on 7/23...

On 7/29...the message changed saying that finger prints received on 7/29 .....

On 7/30, the LUD changed

On 8/02 the message changed saying that finger prints received on 7/30 .....

I am on my 2nd EAD....

Well i am a silent watcher of this forum..
here are my details..
RD Sep 2002
ND Oct 2002
FP1 some where in dec. i dont remeber.
FP2 may 2004
before FP2 address change which triggered LUD change.
FP2 received update Jun 9th.
3rd EAD/AP aprroved jusly 8th and 16th.
Before approval of EAD/AP LUD for 485 changed on Aug 3rd and 4th.
No update there after.
EB2 chicago. with same employer from the begininning.
dont no know if i need to fax FBI for name check?
Just waiting for my turn.
