RIR or NON-RIR

Thanks for your message. Just want to know was your case RIR or NON-RIR and also after filing how many months took you to get the notice for advertisements. Did you receved any acknowledgement just after filing your case. Do you have idea how much time it take after advertisements?

I will apreciate your inputs on that.

Good luck

FL RIR

My LC was filed with FL DOL on 7/23/2002. Last update 7/18/2002 shows FL processing cases filed in June 2002.

BTW do you guys know if FL sends out ack letters for cases filed with them?

Also how do you find out if the case has been transferred to the Federal ATL DOL?

RIR/LC FROM FLORIDA

I'd apreciate if someone could let me know the following-How long is it taking for a regular LC or a RIR in the state of FLorida and particulary from Miami?
Thank you in advance.

My LC was applied on Sep 6th, 2002 (EB3 - RIR) at Florida. :o

Please let me know, what PD, Florida (SESA) currently processing?

LC non RIR FL

My application was filed on Sep 13, 2002 and according to the lawyers it's currently taking 2 years.
I had a similar problem of prevailing wages until we found an alternate survey. The prevailing wages came down from 70K to a more realistic 51K.
