Transferred to Chicago Jan 2002

Don't know why it's transferred. No word from INS.

both mine and my husband's cases have been transferred.

XD:2/02

No word yet from the INS. Contacted local congressman and they have submitted an inquiry. Couple of our friends with similar situation had their interview this week. Their RD 3/01 and XD 2/02.

The law firm name is Masuda Funai Eiffert & Mitchel...

He is a good lawyer, as yet, for me. But charges good dough.

Pl. post here what he says and does for you. I would then have an idea if a similar thing happens in my case.
