Hey guys,
I got my I140 approved On Jan23 TSC, HAve applied for CP.Anybody with approval dates around this time , has any news from the NVC? What dates are they currently processing. PLZ guys Lets keep a track of this
 
Is I-824 necessary for I-140 with CP indicated on the original application?

Hi, all

I need some guides here.

My I-140 was approved on Jan 30, 2002. I indicated CP on my original I-140 application.

So do I have to file I-824 for CP? Or, what\'s the next step that I should expect?

Also, a little bit confuse with AC-140 and CP indicated in the original I-140 application. please help....

Got I140 approved

I received I140 approval on Jan 15th.. but still I haven\'t decided CP or AOS as lot of sites like sheela murthy and my attorney also suggesting AOS to be a safer than CP in the current market situation, economy and increased security checks like PCC..
Pls let me know your views on this.. if you have any good website links about this comparision pls let me know.
