Lets Track 485 with current priority date

All,

I have not seen any 485 approvals on this forum recently. Hope someone is getting approved but info is some where buried. I wanted to track all the 485 approvals in this thread.

Please add following info in your approval message:
Priority Date (PD), 485 Receipt Date (RD), Date when PD became current (PDBC), Approval Date (AD)

e.g I would type in
PD: 6/2001, RD: 1/7/2005, PDBC: 2/1/2006, AD: 2/6/2006 :D (Just an example, but hope this becomes true.)

Good luck to everyone and hope all gets approved soon, Everyone has their day sooner or later!

Please try not to post any thingelse because it overwhelms the thread and hard to find any tracking info.

My 485 has been approved and my example above have been proven true. I thank GOD and all of you. Good luck to all of you..

LUD Change

Just want to know that you had a LUD change on 2/1, when your PDBC.

I mailed CSC and they replied that 'Processing should happen within 60 days".
That was a a cryptic reply and I decided not to question him further.

Hi, so nothing happened within 60 days? And much longer - since 07/08/2005? :( . I got the same reply and really hoped it means I am past namecheck... and had some hope they process it within 60 days... :(

BTW, how do you know it IS namecheck? and not something else?

Regarding the reply "Processing should be done within 60 days", when did you mail CSC? I hope it was recently! Do you know if your name check got cleared?

My details are as follows:

Type: EB2 (India), PD: 4/2001, RD: 04/20/2005, PDBC: 2/1/2006
 
I mailed CSC on Feb 2nd, 2006.

Since I didnt ask specifically about NameCheck, Mr. Williams didnt volunteer an answer.
The information exchange was :
I wrote - "What is the status of my case ?".
Mr.Williams wrote - "What is the approved I-140 receipt number ?".
I provided that info.
Mr. Williams wrote - "Processing should occur within 60 days".

I checked the online LUDs and saw that the date changed only for me. There was no change in my spouse's application.

When I had last contacted them in 07/08/2005, they had sent snail-mail saying "Undergoing security checks". That is why I assumed, it was stuck in NameCheck.

So, here I am....waiting...and will probably send another mail as soon as 60 days are over.

I am in TSC, and I got this response by regular mail after inquiry on January 13. My friend got a different answer from TSC - "undergoing security check" and no specified time frame. So, some sort of some non-defaultness is here. When did you got this response?

I am EB2 (non-retrogressed), RD 02/09/05, PDBC 12/05

Another thing you guys should surely mention in details is Service center the application is in. Thats quite imp as processing is not at the same pace across centers
 
My application is filed in VSC. Which E-mail address you used to send mail?
My PD is 8/1997, Concurrent filed in 4/2004 with sub LC. I-140 approved 5/2005.
Security Name check also cleared 11/2005

Need to send mail to see what is happening with my application ?

Please, help me with the codes?? PD, how can I find it?? My case was filling in the National Benefit Center and neither my consultor or me knows where they sent my case. All the letter which I had been received say Lee's Summit, MO.

Thank you for the help.
 
The National Benefits Center doesn't show that they are processing the I-485. All my letters say US Department of Homeland Security- National Benefits Center, Lee's Summit Missouri. Please, somebody can help me?

Did something happen in these promised 60 days? My 60 days expired on March 13, and I have not receive any processing on my case. On March 21 I am going with Infopass to learn more about why my case is so delayed. So, I am interested... what did you receive in your 60 days... ?
