I am a Feb'02 filer as well. Haven't received FP2 notice. Got RFE for me and my wife's FP1 expired couple of days ago . Someone in this forum had mentioned that if you get an RFE and FP1 got expired you'll not get FP2 notice as getting an RFE means 95% of processing is over? Not sure if this is the case. Just trying to find out. Did anything happen to your case since your FP1 other than FP2 notice?

That is not true. In my case They sent RFE on June 02 and issued Fp2 on June 9th.
