I received this email today. I went for FP yesterday for I-485 and I have noticed LUD's on various cases today..

On July 27, 2007 we mailed the document to the address we have on file.
You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or
if you move before you get it, call customer service.

HI Reddy,

yes there is a LUD right after FP2 done and also received an email saying that case transferred from VT to TX.

I made a SR on Jun 12 and received notice from USCIS yesterday saying we are actively processing your case and requires additonal review what does it mean, has anybody recived similar notices.???

Congressional enquiry, asked me to wait another couple of weeks as they said 90 days from May8. I am working with my congressman........


No hopes till OCT>...................

Dont even know wether they will do something position even in OCT....

Looks like USCIS wants waste some of the visa numbers............
