Lets start EAC # listing for Feb/March to check Approval status for 485

Mar case approved

Checked AVM last night and found that my case was approved on Dec. 11. Never called. Live in Maryland.
PD: 8/1999
RD, ND: 3/2001
FP: 8/14/2001
EAC-01-126-xxxxx

Checked my husband\'s AVM, it\'s still "Case not found". I\'m the primary applicant. He had 2nd FP on 10/3/2001. Anybody had the same experience? Thanks.

What\'s up with this spatel9? My RD is 3/9 and ND is 3/15. I just checked the message-- still says \'Case not found\'. Was your case EB2 -- with labor cert or not. Mine is not No labor case (Exceptional ability).

I saw the posing that IIO says they are processing March 15th cases. Looks like ours is not assigned yet.
 
In fact the driving force is the type of I140.

If your I140 is approved for CP than you might have tough luck. If it was for AOS than you can wait with holding the breath.
 
Can you please briefly explain what\'s the difference b/w CP and AOS?

My EAC is 01152-XXXXX and AVM is still Case not found. My 140 was processed in VSC. So it\'s AOS? Please advise.

got approved finally - after having been in the states for ~8 years(!!!)

My lawyer received the notice. Since I changed address, I did not get my copy.

question: do I need to call IIO asking for my copy? (I wrote a letter before)

   Nov. 2 : Should hear during holidays, as everything is in order.
   Dec. 14 : Since I-140 was approved for CP, if IIO decides to get the I-140 from NVC, it may take upto 10 weeks once case is assigned to someone.
   Dec. 17 : Case not yet assigned to anyone.

AVM says approved on 12/10

I don\'t know when exactly it changed, seems to me either during the weekend or on Monday.

AVM changed to "case received ..." from "not found" during mid-Nov
