Lets see who has got FP notice with ND Oct\'99, EB3, VSC, India ????

Anyone who has received FP notice from VSC with ND Oct, 1999/ EB3/ India? I didn\'t get mine and I have seen several other postings that lot of guys from ND 10/99, EB3 didn\'t get their FP Notice. But has anyone there in the above said catagory got his/her FP?
Please respond so that there should be a clear picture that whether VSC issuing FP notices for ND 10/99 or not.

Well I am EB3 with PD 12/98 and I got FP in 9/2000. My RD is 10/99
Let me know if you need more info.

From what I\'ve observed, VSC started sending out FP notices to Oct 99 cases and then stopped. A few Oct cases recieved FP notices in Sept 2000. Since then there have been no FP notices sent out to anyone upto March 2000.

ND 10/99.No FP.

Of course INDIA I am from INDIA and I also have a friend whose ND is JAN2000 he got his FP Last week and my cousine whose ND is Nov99 he got his FP on Nov14/2000 ther all are EB2 and EB3 from India

I have one of my friend EB3/India/VSC PD around May97 and ND Feb 2000 received FP couple of weeks back. It is no joke or foul play. I really don\'t know what\'s happening.

My details: ND OCT99/PD OCT96/NO FP/EB3 INDIA.

Any thoughts.

Like I said "based on my observations" which means based on what people post here (first hand experiences..not friends etc).
