Guys,
Just for our knowledge can we have a poll conducted here wherein everyone can have a choice to select whether they'll be continuing with their BRC/BPC processing or will they be opting for PERM?
If polling is not possible, then lets just eveyone post a single line message about their intent. Atleast we'll have an idea of what the trend is.

I am continuing with RIR.
I have no trust in DOL. By converting you are inviting trouble. Even after 2 years of aggrevations, if you convert, you will start from square one. And don't give me bulls*t about conversion and maintaining priority date, DOL explicitly said that they might treat PERM case as new one. Just imagine loosing your priority date of 04/02 to 04/05. By geting your labor approved fast what you will do if your visa category is retrogressed to 04/02.
