What is the priority date for your NIW petition? It is usually printed on top cloumn of I-140 form?

I don't remember exactly, it's like Sep. 2003. But I read some comments in this forum, for Non-RIR case, this date seems make no any sense.

Check back latter in your original I-140 / I-485 forms and post the correct date. Is it Sept 2003 or Sept 2004 ?
