I did status Inquiry

They sent me a letter saying:

'The process on your case has been delayed. Due to lack of man power, the finger print checks have not been completed yet'. We don't have any control when these checks will complete'.

becuase of my Inquiry, looks like they have issued 2nd FP notice to my wife. Atleast some thing good happened.

See my details in the signature. I'm pretty sure the inquiry triggered the FP2.

I also faxed an inquiry to the FBI regarding the name check on or around 7/15/2004 but they never answered.

If I were you, I would check with FBI immediately. If they have sent the results back to USCIS, I would get back to them with FBI's response.

Yes

Called FBI a week after 2nd FP, they said they have sent the results to USCIS. So again I am in wait mode. I will do another Inquirey in couple of weeks. Thanks.
