As we are waiting too long. Especially we are from PD 2001 and still waiting for GC. People, who applied after us, are getting approval. I am thinking to do something so USCIS think to process case some better way.

Anyone has is agree to stand in front of Texas centre till they approve our case????

Please response??

Please do not take wrong who ever got approval...

wheretogo,

I think you need to immediately get in touch with your local Congressman. Write him a letter explaining the situation and how it is affecting you. I have also had success with the Ombudsman's office but that was about 2 years ago. When my case was in limbo I sent a letter and an email to the Ombudsman's office and within a week of sending them out there was an update on my case. Some people have also had success writing to the First Lady. Just do a search on this forum and you will be able to find something.

Time is of the essence. Please try and do everything you can to get things resolved before these stupid organizations decide to screw over people again.

Good luck.

Hi

Saras,

I tried to contact my congressman here. They can not expertise case. Just ask about status below is status I have got from them.

According to their email Case was transferred on March 23rd but in my transfer notice it say March 2nd 2007. So not sure what is going on. But I will send email/letter Ombudsman office.
=========================
"This case is pending for review and processing. TSC has received approximately 20,000 I-485 cases from VSC and they will be processed according. Case was received on 3/23/07. "

I agree with you Saras, we need to try all sources from our side, I sent letter to congressmen, started inquiry with NCSC and I have taken infopass, but I should have done all these long time back and now the approval would have been in my hands :)

The NSC guys are already sending letters because TSC is gobbling up all visas. I don't think it's going to make one bit difference. Nobody listens to EB immigrants.

Ombudsmen is indian(immigrant). He is in the process of educating the USCIS management in how they could improve the processing times..

My point is, try him. He is definitely will help in expediting the case if it is old case.

Its good to see SARAS post again.
