Hello Fellas...!..i Been Watching This New Trend, People Getting Green Cards These Days Are Not Getting One Year Backdated.you Realize How This One Year Can Be Important For Us.so ..can We Do Something To Stop Cis To Do This Mistake.i Mean Contact With Aila Or Some Such Authority.am Not A Good Writer Otherwise I Would Be Glad To Initiate This ......................!

This problem is fixable..by submitting a form..You should go for somethign that is not fixable..like REfugee travel document not valid for mroe than 1 year etc...

Y waste your time/effor on something that can be fixed by submitting a new form without a fee...

Geez from the title of this thread I thought you were talking about something very grave.

Now they have your file and can easily figure out the correct adjustment date. All you need to do is to file a your form.

I agree that AILA should alert to them to this problem if it is widespread. But please choose another title.
