surprised, did u call IIO ? your should have been done already. you are EB 2 right ? was there a company name change ?

how long did it take for them to pickup your application after your PD became current. I think you PD got current on April 1st ? so when did u call them up to check it out ?

Yes !! I am calling VSC every week.
In the first week they told me that the FP would be updated 60 days after the FP notice date.
Then they started telling me that the FP results would be updated after 60 days after the actual FP (my was done on March 20 2001.)
I know tons of cases where this does not hold water .
But can\'t argue with the IIO , can you ???
So i will call back after May 20th 2001.

BTW , anybody has any idea why this is happening ? May be my PD is june 1999. I haven\'t seen any approvals beyond PD 4/99 .

If anybody has any ideas ....

EB3 / PD Jan 99 / ND Oct 99 / FP Mar 01 . Waiting for Approval. Anybody has clue of when it gets approved.
