RD- Sep 20,99, ND-Oct 1, 99 EB2(Current), India, RFE for Emp letter , AVM updated on Apr 18 that they have received it. No approval so far.

EB2 PD 10/98 (Current), ND 11/99, FP 3/01, last RFE to be received early next week by INS. It was sent 4/26/01.
I think since EB3 will be current in a month or 2. What was the purpose of INS to have different EB\'s since they are pretty much handled the same. EB2 holder and still no approval.
