I have the same ND as well, although my RD was a week earlier.
RD 10/24/01
ND 12/08/01
EAC-02-058, IND-EB1-NJ
(On 11/1/02, IIO indicates that my case has not been assigned yet).

Seen many 053 and 054 approvals, but only one 058.
12/8/01 was a Saturday.
I wonder whether fewer 485-receipt notices are issued on Saturdays.
