I personally think that after AC21 guidelines, there shouldn\'t be any amended I-140 required!! my understanding. I am posting this discussion so that we should see that what IIOs are saying for this???? lets post all here your IIO talk regard to this question!

This info is from my lawyer not INS. But I think it makes sense.

INS put Company name change case on hold, since they think the procedure should be no hard than those cases that people do change company. If only a e\'lettle needed for job changer, no reason for filing I-140 ammend in our case. That is why INS hold our case waiting for AC21. This is what he told me one month ago.
