I just read a post on this site that an
EB3/India was approved with PD 12/98 and ND 12/99.

Why is it that TSC IIO\'s are saying that they are still processing 07/99 cases? Whom should we beleive then?

Are all the other Service centers in the same boat or they are better than TSC?

The moral of the story is TSC tops the list of all SCs in terms of exceeding expectations when it comes to being lethargic,inefficient, et al:-(. VSC has been fairly predictable so far. CSC was the worst and now they are at the other end of the spectrum. NSC,I am not sure..Regarding the standard reply that IIOs give out about 7/99 cases being handled as of now,that\'s bull \'cos we have seen innumerable cases being approved who\'s dates are way off. I even tried mentioning about such cases and they come back with "Sir,we handle cases on a case-by-case basis!". Don\'t forget that there\'s a whole lot of people who are either passive users OR never even bother to get on any bulletin boards:). So,we gotto just WAIT and hope that we get to hear the magic words too:)!
