Could anybody provide any information about deemed export license? The application for me was filed 110 days ago and not approved yet. How long it need to process such an application recently. Thanks.

One of my friend who had RD Jan 00 & ND Feb 00 got PP stamped last month.
This thread shows lot of guys with PD of 97 and still waiting!!!! God, please help TSC.

that is TSC for you. you never know the logic behind their ways of processing. I don\'t know if they have any specific pattern defined for approvals of cases, certainly it is not FIFO. As I said in my earlier posts, TSC will continue to do these random approvals as long as they are not held accountable for their actions. Anytime we call IIOs they feel as if they are doing a very big favour to us by telling us the "status" of our cases(even though it is always the same old never-ending story of \'we are still processing July 1999 cases\'). IF July99 itself goes for so long, then god knows how long they play the song of "AUG99 cases" (remember there must be a huge pile of applications for Aug99 and onwards as all dates had become current at that time).

EAD - twice - second one expiring in sep 2001, must apply for 3rd
AP - twice - second one expiring in sep 2001

I485 Approval - God only knows!!!

Waiting for my second FP notice. I tried all methods asking
them to send my 2nd FP, but of no use. Tired and sick of such
long wait.
