spoke to IIO today

RD: 10/16/2001 FP: ? Wife(dependent) FP: 12/27

Filed PA - Phila IIO said that Phila is very busy with other stuff so FP has slowed down. They do separate the dependents so thats the reason wife got first. But should be hearing in next 2 weeks.

not sure if it is bs or for sure...waiting
 
update: Got AP on 12/15/01 still waiting for FP

Is FP processing done at the I-485 filing center or as per the state that the applicant is currently staying. What i mean to say is that if the application is filed from PA but the applicant\'s current address is in say new jersey so would the processing be as per NJ or as per PA.

FP notice issued on Dec 28 2001 saying it needs to be done on 01/29/02 (Philadelphia).

AVM did get updated in my case.
