Started GC process in June 2000 - RIR case - got labor certification in 30 days. I-140 August 2000 - May 2001, I-485 submitted on June 10, 2001. ND August 7, 2001.

NO FP NOTICE YET!

Work as a technical project manager for Citibank (NYC) all this time, live in NJ. EB2 case.

Myself and WWGW (Citibank lawyers) spoke multiple times with IIOs. No help. They do not provide any reason for such a delay with FP except of some weak arguments about FP done in batches by some outsourcer and my case being assigned to a batch that is late. Last week they told me that it might take up to 2 month from now for my FP to be completed. And then they will take my case for review.

Apparently your end of March date does not hold in my case. Any thought on this?

Unfortunately, VSC is not processing the cases faster.

This parallel processing is victimizing April filers apparently. VSC could finish the April cases first and then May and then June and if it does so fast enough, it can still finish all the cases by the end of March. So VSC has no reason to do the parallel processing.
