Let us track AP approvals from VSC for July Filers..

Mailed 485/EAD/AP on 07/12. Got the EAD card in the first week of September. So far, AP is not approved. The attorney did not receive the receipt notices for 485/AP yet. Got the receipt numbers for 485/EAD/AP from the IIO. I will appreciate if you could please share your AP status on this thread.

MAILED 485/AP/EAD ON 7/13. Lawyer received the receipts on 8/29..ead received on 9/8..AP not yet approved..

Mailed AP/485/EAD on July 12, ND - August 28th
EAD Approved on September 5th (card received)
AP is not approved yet.

Hi,

        I have the received the receipts
for my 485/EAD/AP as of sep-1st but my
EAD/AP is not approved yet?
AVM plays the same message that EAD/AP
was received on 08/28. Not sure what\'s
going on.

Does EAD/AP approval depend on the region
where you live or local INS?

Please comment your views.

Thanks for your responses..Please keep this thread alive to continue to track the AP approval.

From the messages on this board, the last AP approval was for \'Frank Lee\' who mailed on 07/10 (infitime.com). After 07/10, I have not seen the AP approvals. The AVM message says that it would take 30 to 60 days for the AP approval. Hopefully, this duration is counted from the day INS receives the files \'physically\' in which case for most of us \'60 days\' is near/over. We may expect the AP approvals soon!

bnr2001, call the IIO (802-527-4913) during normal business hours and check on your EAD status. In some instances, the AVM message may not have ben updated. For most of us who mailed during the first two weeks of July, the EADs have been approved. I assume the 485/EAD/AP processing is per the receipt date (FIFO). I am not sure whether it has any bearing on the region. Good luck.

couple of my friends got EAD and there notice date is 28th aug 01.

AP approved!

At last, I heard the AVM say AP approved on 09/26/01..Waiting for the approval notice in the mail..Please wait guys..Your AP approvals are also round the corner..Good luck..

INS VSC is currently working on 07/29/01. I have filed on 07/19/01. So, expecting AP in next couple of weeks. Called INS VSC AVM and checked the status. It has not yet approved.
 
EAD & AP approved

Hi guys. RD July 10th, 2001 ND Aug 28th, 2001 EAD received on Sep 8th, 2001 and AP received on Sep 28th, 2001. This is for me and my wife. Never checked AVM, never called anybody.
