As i told my case is similar to yours.
My ND is April 10 2003, and my case number is close to yours.
I just don't know how is my name check status. I sent FOIPA to FBI at January, but didn't get response.

Can i ask if you only got response from FBI for FOIPA request? Did you made name check status request? I also want to ask did you made a expedite request to USCIS?

did you confuse rajum with me. My RD is same as yours. rajum has march/April 2002 as his RD for i485. It was agonising wait and goof ups in his case which led to 3 years before seeing the light.

Atleast let us hope that our case doesn't take one more year!!!

It is very frustrating experience to see I485 approvals for people who applied one year after us. EB3 retro is killing (moving by one month at a time).
There was LUD for myself and my wife I485 on March 8th with no message change. If I was in EB2 I would have got approved......Our bad luck to have got into this process at wrong time.. :mad:
