I sincerely hope that the VSC clears all its later 98 and early 99 backlogs by October. If they don\'t I think all bets are off as they will become burdened with processing H-1s and will not have any resources available for adjudicating 485s. I don\'t care what they say, I think this is what they will do based on past experience. I am getting a little worried as I am on the hairy edge for getting processed before October. Details - RD 4/1/99 and ND 4/29/99.
