Question on 485 Rd & ND

I sent out my 485 , AP, EAD forms on 7/4/01 and today i found my AP & EAD checks were cashed.Does it mean INS has already Issued RD & ND for all 485 , EAD & AP?
 
Actually 5th 0r 6th

My Attorney sent out the forms some time between July 3rd and 6th. I din\'t ask him the exact day.

Another Question. Does INS issue AP & EAD rd and ND without issuing 485 RD & ND.
 
Actually it is hard to say.

Anything may happen in VSC. So, just wait and see what is going
to happen in your case!
