Yesterday, I called NVC and asked some question regarding my petition I send for my children, unmarried, over 21. The are in satus F-1, as US Citizen. And one of my question was, when and how long the PD will be available? Since worldwide category for a year did not move after April,2001! The answer was (NVC), if your PD in 2003 it will take 2 years! Is that possible? Or just talk? :rolleyes: :confused:
If anyone can say anything regarding this, please answer. You know how we all live in hopes for so many, many years!!!!! :mad:
 
Yea, my friend was also in the same situation but his PD is Aug 2001. The F1 line just hasn't moved a single day forward, since last october. If everything was normal, he could have his GC in hand by now...... god knows what happened with USCIS :(
 
I hope, NVC know what they talk about? Because, what I heard (not from NVC) if the line did move for so long, something may happen soon, positive!
