I have got job offer at a university for one year. It means that I will get an H1b for one year.
My employer will see if he wants to extend my job offer for a second year. What to do? To ask him to write a job offer for two years right now, which might confuse him or to do extention of H1b after one year? Is the extention of H1b is difficult as applying for a new H1b?
