Someone who is GC holder delivered a baby outside USA four years, she could not take the baby with her, because of some difficult and process might take more 6 months.
Now The GC holder wants to be naturalized.
1) Can she add the name of the baby (now four years old) in the application (form 400)?? is that acceptable? she did not claim before?
2) If it is? the child become automatically US citizien? or GC holder?
3) How long it might take the process if she wants to to sponsor her child?
