Legal Status while on H1B and pending AOS

Hi Guys,

My EB3 based 140 and 485 was filed last year with TSC. EAD and AP approved. I140 is also approved for more than 250 days and I485 is pending.

I was working on H1b basis recently lost the project. Is my status ok on the basis of pending AOS or it will still depend on the basis of H1B rulings?

You can show the statua of pending AOS.
Loosing the project is not loosing the job. You might be still employee of your consulting company

your legal status is "AOS[Adjustment of Status]" ie. pending green card based on employment. You are legally allowed to stay in thic country until USCIS adjudicates your I-485 application.
