i am collecting a list of people who are tired of state sponsored repression and are willing to invest cash to fight legally against all the violations of law that the uscis is intentionally engaging in.
including their campaign of deception and false promises.
my suggestion is for a fund that registers lawsuits for denial of the following rights.
reigster on this thread with amount you are willing to contribute:
minimum 500$ each will get us enough to get fund to use for fighting back state sponsored repression. if 500 people contribute 500 each we will have 25k to start fighting for the following in a personal lawsuit maybe using some pro bono work from good people who want to give us justice now. show your support and register. this is not collecting funds,this is to see how many people have been vitimized or brutalized by uscis,so we can have an idea of the large scale of repression they have caused in the last 3 years
this is just to see how many like minded people think a small sum of 500 is worth some basic freedom,

1. right to freely work pending the adjudication
2. right to get drivers licence
3. right to get in state tuition
4. right to marry and bring spouse here now (not after 24 years)
5. right to liberty
6. lawsuits against employers for intentionally discrimnating employees on the basis of their visa status knowing very well that uscis was aiding and abetting them in these gross and brutal crimes against humanity. both employers and uscis are guilty as sin and i hope they really suffer slow pain as they have caused us to suffer.
7.lawusit against employer for refusing/intentionally denying to file concurrent or filing labor in eb3 when eb2 was allowed,so he could continue the campaign of repression and discrimination (loss of pay and denial of career advancement) employer intentionally exploited the uscis inefficiency and repression fully
8.lawsuit for delaying processing of gc 2 and thir d stages concurrently,so exploitation and repression could continue unabated
9 petition under freedom of information act to uscis california to provide exact details on how many cases were approved using how many resources and SPECIFICALLY how many cases of i-485 and i-140 were intentionally delayed or ignored or sent a rfe due to uscis unofficial policy of continuning to delay as many cases as long as possible and increase the human suffering and pain
10 demand efficiency audit and full disclosure of uscis operations including policy on rfe to delay adjudication
11 sponsor annual awards of shoe garlands to uscis for the most inefficiency in processing gc applications.
