i am Beneficiaries winner Dv 2012,my wife(principle winner) had not able to come an interview,i was asked to take an interview a lone,embassy refused, now case has expired is there an possibility to activate my case?
 
Unfortunately the FY for 2012 has already ended and there is no way to activate your case. Your best bet is to apply for DV-2015 this October!

There is absolutely nothing a lawyer or an embassy can do for you. For starters, 2012 fiscal year is over, DV based visas for 2012 are no longer being issued. As a matter of fact, 2013 is almost over too.

Secondly you were not the selectee/principal applicant. Attending the interview on your own in the first place was a complete waste of money and effort. There's no way you can be issued with a visa if the principal applicant is not or has not already attended the interview.
