Left country without AP approval

Left country without AP
Will it create problem if anyone leaves country without AP, I had appiled AP for my son, he didn't get AP on time, due to urgency he had to leave the country without Ap he is 8 years old

Attorney told me re-apply for AP

He left country without AP actually my families AP expires on JAn6th2003, Will create any hassels while entry. Do the check the date of exit or when the AP was issued

There is nothing you can do , other than to pray that they dont check the issue date of AP.
